Responsibility and purpose
VDS International S.A. is responsible for LoteMedellin's digital platform, published content and digital data handling. Kadana Inventarios Inmobiliarios handles local property activities. Forms collect information to review inquiries and submissions concerning land, sales, leases and possible collaborations, according to the purpose you specify.
What information is saved
Forms may collect your name, email, phone number and any land information you choose to provide. Documents, photographs, contact details and exact locations are saved for review; they are not published automatically. Do not attach identity documents, bank details or unnecessary personal data about other people.
Property search registration
The search form saves your name, city and country of residence, WhatsApp number, property types, purpose, preferred areas, budget and decision timeframe. If you enter an amount in another currency, we retain that amount, its currency, the conversion to Colombian pesos and the exchange rate reference. VDS International S.A. manages this data on the platform and the authorized Kadana Inventarios Inmobiliarios team uses it to review your search and contact you about it on WhatsApp. Your registration is private and does not require an account.
Receiving new offers and marketing messages is optional and requires a separate checkbox that starts unchecked. You can submit your search without accepting these messages. We retain your choice, the date, language and consent text for later reference. You can withdraw marketing permission, access or correct your data and request its deletion by writing to hola@lotemedellin.com. Include the reference you received when submitting the form; the team will verify your identity before handling the request. Data is retained in relation to your search and reviewed when you request its closure.
Your account, favourites and interest
Your account stores your name, email, profile and details you choose to provide. Passwords are protected with cryptographic hashing and are not stored as readable text. Google sign-in will be available once the service is configured. Favourites are private. Expressing interest authorises sharing your message and chosen contact method with the listing owner and the LoteMedellin team; you can withdraw that interest from your account.
Dossiers and personal links
The tools automatically keep a working copy in this browser. If you choose to save to your account or create a personal link, LoteMedellin also stores your notes, plot references, document statuses, links and project details. Document files are not attached to the dossier. Each online save requires your action; the browser copy does not automatically synchronise.
An account dossier opens with its owner's session. An anonymous dossier is opened and edited using the secret key in its personal link: anyone with the complete link has access. Keep the key and share the link only with authorised people. An anonymous dossier cannot be recovered by email without its key. Creating an account copy does not delete the anonymous original. Starting a new dossier clears the browser's working copy but does not delete online saves.
Drafts and private links
Drafts are kept in the browser on this device. You can delete them from the form. After submission, a private edit link is created: anyone with that link can view and modify the submission. Keep it safe and share it only with people you authorize.
Use and publication
Consent on the form allows the team to handle the submission and contact you about it. It is not a sales or lease mandate and does not authorize publication of private documents. Listing publication requires a separate review. Marketing consent is not required to submit a form.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off by default. If you accept, Google Analytics records visits to public pages, including land listings. Google receives the public page address and technical browser and visit data.
Google Analytics receives only the clean public page address, without URL parameters or fragments. We do not send form contents, account details or private dossiers to Google Analytics. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity also creates heatmaps and masked session recordings on eligible public pages. Text is masked throughout the page. Account, registration, contact, listing-submission and personal-tool pages are excluded from Clarity. Pages with URL parameters or fragments and interactive search pages are also excluded.
Your choice is remembered locally in this browser. You can change it or withdraw permission through Privacy preferences. Withdrawing permission deletes this site’s Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and reloads the page.
How Google uses information from sites that use its services
Retention and closure
Account, submission and dossier information is handled in relation to its purpose and status. If you no longer need a record, you can request its closure and a review of the data the platform retains. The request allows the team to identify information that can be deleted and any items that need to be retained for a specific reason, which will be explained in the response. Deleting a draft or browser copy does not itself delete records saved online.
Update, access or request deletion
Use the private link to view or update your submission. To request a copy, correction, retention review or deletion, contact VDS International S.A. at hola@lotemedellin.com or use the contact form. Explain your request and provide the account, submission or dossier reference where relevant. The team will assess the verification needed to assist you without disclosing information to someone else. Do not include passwords, secret keys or complete private links in the message.

Language preference
Each language has its own address: English pages start with /en and internal links keep the language. A functional cookie remembers the preference for up to one year; the page address determines the language shown. The browser also stores preferences and local working copies. You can clear these through your browser settings; records saved online are managed separately.
